They look fantastic!! Really rich and vibrant and very clear. They sound great too. We are all very excited to see them!

You, Ann, and Ilex Media did excellent work, the printing is perfect and I cannot thank you enough for all the assistance you provided throughout the process. Yes! We received the shipment yesterday. The DVDs look FANTASTIC! Thank you everyone for your wonderful (and quick!) work.
Monique's computer is being repaired, so I am responding. With the holidays, most banks are closed through the weekend. We are planning to wire money on Monday, Dec. 28th, but it will be by the end of next week at the very latest. I have your bank information so we should be all set.
Thanks again for your great service. If all goes well, we will be in touch again before long to place an another order!

Thank you so much for the information. I have checked the DVD playing ability and also opened many of the DVDs to inspect them. I showed them to several clients and friends and we all agree: ILEX MEDIA DID A GREAT JOB! FIVE STARS!
Seriously, great job, Richard. I am going to be recommending Ilex to ALL of my filmmaker friends and colleagues for DVD replication. Also, do you do CD replication? I know musician friends as well who do that, maybe you can give me an idea of CD replication price so I can tell them? Also, what is a price for a "simple" DVD replication setup that I can quote them -- 1,000 DVDs with screened face and black amaray packaging with shrink? (Not everyone wants complex digipak like me.)

Yes, we've been working non-stop for the past 3 days for the Florida convention, but I've been meaning to contact you.
First, I want to thank you for helping me get the discs on time—everything arrived perfectly and without problems.
Second, I want to thank you for the beautiful printing job. We easily have the best looking product at the convention. I am a VERY picky person, especially when it comes to things artistically related, and I am so happy with everything from the Pantone printing to the foil emboss. Fantastic work!
Third, all of the discs work wonderfully! No problems at all!
Finally, thanks for helping me make all of this happen...I know we were on a ridiculously tight schedule and lacked proper proofing time, but you met all of our deadlines with total professionalism. You have surely earned my printing business for the future. Thanks again for everything!!! :)

They both arrived in great shape, and I am holding them right now. Perfect! Your idea for the black interior spine was the right thing to do.
I have run the disk and have shown the package to Viggo, who is very pleased. He'll soon leave for his trip this evening. Along with the original bound volumes of St. Ansgar, he will hand your disk to Cardinal Raffaele Farina, the director and top archivist of the Vatican Archives. The Ansgar information will reside there in Rome for anyone in the world who's interested. The rest will be distributed throughout Scandinavia and elsewhere.

I wanted to write and say thank you thank you thank you. We received the CDs very much in time to sell for our CD release, and they look absolutely perfect. The extra that you did with the inside spine printing is fantastic (and I'm am deeply grateful for it - it sure looks special), the matte lamination is perfect, the paper weight great, and the color matching very impressive.
Working with you was truly the best CD production experience I've ever had (and we've gone through a few....) and I can't wait to make another CD so we can get you to print it!

Working with you and your company has been an absolute pleasure. As an independent artist a lot of pressure is on me through out the whole process of making a record. One of them were to get these CD's made. We were crunched for time. We set a date with my guys and unfortunately they made a mistake on giving me such an early date.
