Exposure Process QC:
a. Check to ensure the size is correct. b. Check to ensure that not spots or dust are present. |

Printing Process QC (frequency of pulls: every 300 sheets):
a. Check paper sheet extension/shrinkage. b. Check to ensure there are no hue errors. c. Check to ensure no ink specks, paper specks and ink dot scum is present. d. Check to ensure no hickies and spots are present. e. Check to ensure the film registration is correct and no moir. f. Check to ensure the printing position is accurate. |

Die-Cutting QC Process:
a. Check to ensure size is correct. b. Select applicable paper cutter. c. Ensure cutter blade is sufficiently sharp to make a good cut. d. Check to ensure there are no stains and not dust. e. Check to ensure paper is totally flat. |
